failed on second use

Easy installation - connected campers and it worked. Tried again a few months later - to no avail. All three lines are 12v with almost zero amps. Plug in a small 12 volt light bulb and the voltage drops to zero. Try Hopkins to see if they are better. I think I should have noticed how many people have issues with Kurt's controllers.
