This fan is made very cheaply. It's not worth the price. $6 at a higher quality Walmart. I bought this because of the color. It doesn't turn on when you press the button, it takes a few seconds. It then makes an annoying noise while moving quickly, and then slows down for 5 minutes or more. It also happens to make a faint grinding noise. I would say this is a high quality dollar store fan and the price is way overpriced for what you get.
