Bought this bag for meal planning at work. I can take food and drinks for 5 days and extra snacks, condiments, etc. I also love that on my 5th day when it's empty I can also use it to store my cold and frozen groceries that I buy at the grocery store for my trip home. Frozen food lasts 1 hour to get home. This is a large lunch box. . I posted a picture with a gallon of water and a 12 ounce can of soda for size reference. This is a very light bag, although it feels like very thick insulation. The upper compartment is also very well insulated with a mesh pocket. The side cup holders are disposable, there is a zippered pocket on the right. The front of the pocket compartment has no organization, it's just an open pocket. I don't know if it's fully waterproof as it's not what I need. I think solid black would be a great option for flight attendants as it has ID on the back and can be carried over rolling luggage. The zippers on the bag are pretty smooth and durable. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
