Perfect! Exactly what was needed! Our garage door shorted out after a thunderstorm and started raising and lowering on its own. The mechanic explained what had happened and advised us to buy a short surge protector to keep it from happening again. The ones I bought at Walmart didn't fit in the tight space between the ceiling plug and the fluorescent tube. This buddy is spot on. No cable. Installed directly above the spout. And the light tells us it's doing its job. Winner!
