The days of real metal are coming to an end
The only fault I see is the pistons that allow the shovel and loader arm to move are plastic inside plastic. If it is a little kid (luckily in my case it is) they will just play with it just as it is. If you try and move those parts, it is very difficult. I can see snapped off parts or disconnected parts. It was a good priced toy and looks cool and seems pretty durable otherwise. I wound up getting an old, used Tonka loader on the internet as a back up.
