Fitting the bracket was pretty easy. It installs the winch upside down, but it actually allows easy access to my winch clutch through the tow hook access panel. You never have access to it on the right side. No other issues with it being upside down, except the winch control box falls down to the point where the wires get pressed against the underside of the bumper. May cause them to wear out over time. I could just reinstall the box somewhere else, like the engine bay, if that became a problem. Overall very happy with this design. The Grand Cherokee looks great with just a fairlead bolted up front.
