I started drinking coffee again after a long abstinence and noticed a few small sores where I tended to bite the inside of my lips or cheeks (terrible nervous habit!). I used to dry them with toothpaste, but that can be painful. I heard that mouthwashes are now available to treat mouth ulcers and I was curious how effective they are. I risked a size smaller and I have to say I'm sold! My husband has several spots in his mouth that are prone to chafing and now I know he can use it instead of kanka too! It's easy to use, just rinse and throw away. I find I must have a tendency to throw away more after using it in place of my regular conditioner, but I suspect it has to do with the hydrogen peroxide.
