The mouse's right grip was loose upon arrival. I contacted support who told me that they refuse to replace it because they have no way of verifying within the first week of owning the product that I was not the cause of the product failure. I kindly reminded them that consumer protection laws don't work and asked for a replacement and after 14 days of discussion with the sales manager they agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement comes a week later and has exactly the same defect (though not as serious). ) like my first mouse. I'm losing faith in Razer products and this interaction ensures this will be the last time I buy any of their products. I'm still debating whether to go to the trouble of shipping a new mouse. But I do suggest anyone looking at Razer seriously consider their competition as a viable option, as I feel like Razer has lost focus on who made them great as they are.
