Review on ypDirect Pro by Tyler Owens

The software makes it really simple to create campaigns (or even just one ad) for different markets with a variety of targeting options including demographic/interests, location etc. It's also great at creating dynamic content such as landing pages which have been very helpful when managing my website traffic through AdWords. I find their customer service extremely friendly & responsive - they were able to help me get setup in no time! Their support team responds quickly whenever we need them too - usually within minutes or hours from our initial request. Sometimes though there are times where an email will be delayed by several days before being resolved after repeated requests via phone call / chat. They've always made quick work out of any issues we had together since day 1 but this isn't anything new about YP Direct Marketing Services, all companies go through growing pains like these eventually. We're using YPDM.
