Review on Experience Ultimate Freedom 🎧 with Sony WI XB400 Wireless Headphones by Yorum Chachum ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Well done, but I won't buy any more.

In terms of sound quality, the ears most of all reminded me of the old wire Sennheisers CX-300, only there the situation is better with the "tops". When buying, I was looking for a replacement for the failed wireless Monster iSport Victory, bought a few years ago. I must say right away that "Sonki" sound much better than "monsters". I use headphones in conjunction with Samsung Note 9 to listen to Internet radio, podcasts, audio books and watch movies on public transport for at least 4 hours a day. I am generally satisfied with the choice, but adjusted for my usage model.

Pros
  • Acceptable sound quality for the money, there is quite a good bass, a good volume reserve. Communication with the phone is stable - the sound does not stutter and does not "slow down", even if you put the phone in your back pocket. They hold well in the ears, and the ears themselves do not get tired from long listening. Excellent passive sound isolation from the outside world, and others do not hear what is playing in your ears. They work a little longer than the declared 15 hours, if you do not twist the volume to the maximum. Cord of optimal length, does not get tangled in your pocket. The magnets in the ears allow you to comfortably hook them when wearing and not be afraid that your ears will slip off your neck when you are not listening to them.
Cons
  • Low detail of high frequencies, especially noticeable on electronic music. Sometimes the bass comes out where it is not necessary (for example, on audiobooks) - you have to remove them with an equalizer. I would like a more sensitive microphone. The wire is tanned in the cold. Using a double-click on the volume keys to rewind a track is a strange decision, there is plenty of room on the case for a couple more buttons.
