I like that it is easy to use for my business as well! It helps me stay informed of customer reviews about our brand or product line which has helped us improve in many ways such as better service delivery etc.. Nothing so far but if you are looking into this software then give them some time because they have been around long enough now where there should be no issues with their system at all!! Customer Reviews help build trust between myself & client when we do not know each other personally and also gives an insight from others who may share similar experiences / problems w/our own clients too.
