The team has been very responsive from day one! I really appreciate how thorough they are in their feedback process (both constructive or not). They also take time out of there busy schedule for quick Skype calls when needed! Great communicator too who makes sure we're getting our point across clearly. Would love more people working at this startup - maybe next round? Seems like most folks have other full-time jobs outside of SS. Still great that it exists though! If you need an agency/consultant but don't want to hire your own staff, go here instead of hiring another consultant directly. You'll get much faster responses than if you hired them independently.
