The ability of having everything managed by one provider makes it easy not only from an administrative perspective but also with respect to security concerns.

It's very hard when you are working remotely or offsite that your infrastructure gets compromised. With clearcloud we have been able to mitigate this risk because they can manage our environment 24/7 without us present which gives me peace of mind knowing my data stays safe even if I'm away at times! Nothing really comes across negatively about them however sometimes their response time could be faster than required especially during peak hours (which does happen). We use cloud services heavily so being able to rely fully upon someone else managing all aspects has helped greatly reduce stress levels associated with maintaining such environments internally.
