These 2 grinders arrived today and are working but there were a couple of very noticeable flaws showing the quality control of the company needs improvement. One of the grinders turned slightly while the other was stiff and made a metal-on-metal noise. I used some silicone grease to improve performance but it wasn't necessary. Also, one of the devices had some mud squeezed out of the plastic top that slightly overlapped the metal strap. It took me about half an hour with several different tools and nails to get most of the glue off. These 2 things had to be found and fixed at the factory or the product would have been rejected. They look good but I'm worried about how long they will last. As the company improves on quality control, these 2 grinders will be a welcome addition to any table.
