I love these pouches, you can put spices in them when I make spiced cider for Christmas. No one wants a clove ending up in their cup, and these little pouches do a great job of keeping them out. It's way better than messing around with gauze. I also squeezed in a few pieces of cinnamon sticks, as well as some lemon zest. It's nice to have all the flavor but not the junk in the cider. I have used them before but this year they were nowhere to be found and I have the last one left. They work really well when I want to use whole spices, but I don't want to fish them out when I'm done cooking. I just pick up a bag and throw it away. I'm sure there are other uses for them, but that's what I use them for.
