I bought this product in May, I liked the look and the functionality. However, when I was brushing my teeth in the bathroom (3 months after purchase) I heard a popping noise and smelled burnt; it was an electrical outlet. Destroyed my socket, the back of this thing where the plastic is looks black/burned, obviously no longer usable, also it damaged my 24k gold chain that was hanging above the shelf and now I have to take it in for repairs it. how much. In my opinion this is an unsafe product. Luckily I was there when it happened and couldn't turn it off before something even worse happened.
