This is perfect for protecting our passports and there is a pocket on the back to check our Covid Vaccine. They are so thin but strong that we also carry them in another passport holder, although due to their quality it is not necessary. My husband is an international airline pilot so his passport is subject to wear and tear but that will put him off. He should also have a transparent sleeve to fit his passport around his neck holder with his ID and that fits with some extra room. It's thin but very durable. Doesn't add volume. We've had similar ones, but this is by far the best. We were apprehensive as they were so cheap but were pleasantly surprised. We actually bought these because of the low price, knowing that the clear lids will never last long due to constant use. I doubt these covers need changing at all.
