This is built with what seems to be exact material that Little Tykes riding toys is made from, very good quality! However, my grandson is a tall 1 and 1/2 year old and although he fits it, it wont be long before he outgrows it. If you have a normal size child it may last longer. I do recommend it highly however the company in my opinion needs to make them a bit taller.
