These were the best hangers I've ever seen and believe me I've had a lot of metal hangers! They have a plastic tip that covers part of the hook, which is important if the hanger falls and delicate clothing gets caught nearby that could get caught. Many other metal temples don't have this tip, so for me it's a big selling point on its own. They are one continuous construction, so they also lack other areas (like the apex of the triangle at the base of the hook, where many metal hangers end and protrude, which is another source of damage to your clothes in various circumstances). They are strong and well made. If you are looking for a hanger with deep slots for items with thin straps, you may be a bit disappointed as the slots are not deep enough to hold such items in place if your closet is moved a lot. But it's also beneficial in another way, because your clothes won't leave marks or odd-shaped nicks on your shoulders. Overall I think this is a great product. After ordering about 8 different sets of metal hangers, these are by far the best!
