OK, I have to admit. I was skeptical about buying this cream. So far nothing has helped me with cracked heels/feet. not even what I get from podiatrists. but i decided to try this and it really works. The main thing that strikes me is that it takes daily use (2-3 times a day) to really make a difference. I like that it's not too oily or sticky and doesn't have a weird smell. the actual bottle looks much more modern than the one pictured. It definitely made a difference and will buy again.
