My grandmother needed a mobility assist, so I decided to look at Innovo's website because the company specializes in mobility equipment and aids. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for there. However, my time spent using the website ultimately left me feeling let down. Although they have a wide selection of mobility aids available, I found their website to be difficult to traverse, and the products were not described in sufficient detail. It was difficult for me to locate the specific wheelchair that I was looking for, and the photos of the products that were provided were inadequate and did not give a complete view of the available options. In addition, I had some problems with the way the purchase was processed. It was difficult to understand, and the process was slowed down by a number of technical issues that I experienced. I also discovered that the shipping fees were quite pricey, which resulted in a substantial increase in the total cost of my order. When the wheelchair reached at its destination, I was dismayed to discover that it did not live up to the standards I had set for it. It was unpleasant, and the quality did not appear to be commensurate with the cost that I had spent. I made an effort to get in touch with Innovo's customer support in order to address these concerns; however, I discovered that their response was both sluggish and ineffective. My time spent shopping at the Innovo online store did not, on the whole, result in a favorable impression for me. This is not a business that I would recommend to others who are looking for mobility aids.
