UPDATE, well the sound is not as good as I first wrote. After extracting and listening for about a minute, I found the sound quality to be okay at best and not as good as LG's in comparison. However, I like the assembly, it is very well done and I can try to change the headphones since I have 2 broken LG headsets. I've always bought LG headsets, the latest being the HBS-780. Excellent sounds, I was very satisfied except for very thin wires. This headset is very comfortable as it lies flat against the neck and doesn't move like LG (round neckband). I really like that the wires thread into the headset and appear thicker. The sound quality is very good, I don't think worse than LG, if not better. On the other hand, they integrated the FF and REV buttons with the volume control. You have to hold down the volume button, a short press will quickly scroll forward/back +/- which takes some getting used to. I don't use FF/REV so I'd rather swap it so that a quick press is volume, but for under $20 I can live with that. Let's see how long they last! I will do another review in a few months. For now I will definitely take them to my LG.
