Assembly was easy but as the body is made of thick material similar to a flexible chopping board and it's a bit more difficult to line up with the guide it might be nothing Everyone has patience for. After assembling the 1st it was easy for me to insert the bottom of the flex body into the bottom of 1 end cap and then into the sides of the end cap. Once you have the case attached to an end cap it runs very quickly and assembles 1 box in 2 minutes. For my application they are great. I use them to store tools and upholstery sewing equipment. They are bigger, almost the size of cardboard folders. You can access the contents through the front hinged door, or pull out the entire box, take it to your workspace, remove the lid and have full access to everything inside. The plastic casters are quite small but stand on steel poles and can carry a lot of weight. 2 are locked. I am happy with them so far, they are stronger, bigger and work better than plastic boxes.
