Mobile device flash drive not worth the money

Cannot get photos from Android. When I followed the instructions to upload photos to USB, my photos disappeared and I couldn't find them or upload them to USB. I had to contact AT&T for help locating it. It took me and her technician 1.5 hours to get my photos back in my gallery. We then tried again to upload the photos to the USB stick. BIG MISTAKE! I ended up having to transfer the photos to my computer and upload them to the PhotoStick I created for my computer. LEIZHAN USB FLASH DRIVE was unusable for me and very expensive. It sounded like it was as easy as 1-2-3. NO! Would like to return for a refund.
