Pictured is our 15 lb Chihuahua mix, King TuT. I'm adding the weight because he's a big little dog. The collar fits his 9 inch neck almost exactly, making it quite thick in the part that folds in half to make it look so small. That said, the collar looks amazing and he's wearing it like he doesn't notice. extra thick. I bought the first one about a year ago and the wear and tear was evident by the end of the year so I just bought another one. I've washed it a few times and it holds up pretty well with dish soap and a toothbrush. It love the collar I love it so yes I would recommend buying it. I would give it 5 stars for a larger dog, it's X/S and Tutankhamun's neck is at the bottom of the sizing.
