I have to admit that these boosters are not easy to use. The biggest problem is that the descriptions are not easy to understand. In short, if you have a phone that uses bands 2 and 4 then this article should be perfect for you. I am using T-Mobile towers and this has made a HUGE improvement. Basically it went from a very weak signal to an almost complete signal. You must install the antenna away from the amplifier. If they're close, it won't work. The external antenna must have a good signal. I installed mine in the attic and it worked really well. The only problem I had was a short in one of the wires. There was a loose connection at the end, but that was easy to fix. If you're a little tech savvy or good at it, you shouldn't have a problem with it. The support team was quick to respond and seemed ready to help when needed. I was able to fix the cable issue myself, but I suspect they would fix it if I asked them to. I would buy this item again anytime!
