(1) This mannequin was advertised with 100% human hair. That's absolutely not true. All of the hair had long BLACK strands that bothered my professional flat irons. When I was done, I had to clean them thoroughly. (2) To say she sheds is an understatement. All mannequins shed when first taken out of the box and cooked, and a little during their lifetime. Three washes, dry cleaning, and multiple haircuts, this mannequin keeps losing. Hair falls out in clumps. As a result, she has very little hair, as there wasn't much of it originally. (3) This mannequin was purchased specifically because it was advertised as good for coloring and lifting. It is not. I damaged this mannequin with a quality product and had to leave the bleach on for an hour and a half to straighten it up a bit. Bottom line: not enough lift to even say the service was done. The photos with this rating show the results after 1.5 hours of treatment (too long to leave the product on human hair). Overall verdict: Very disappointing and absolutely not worth 50€.
