I had the exact same model that ended up dying so I ordered a replacement. The only functional difference was that the keyboard glows where the original wasn't, otherwise identical - EXCEPT some idiot decided to resize the battery compartment and they screwed up. The compartment is now 1/2 inch longer (see photo) and the batteries have no contact with the spring - one barely, the other not. If you turn it upside down without the compartment cover, both batteries will fall out. I tried stretching this too short spring but it still wouldn't make contact. I put a piece of aluminum foil between the battery and the spring and it seemed to work, but when you shake the controller it doesn't work and needs to be reset. If some idiot would leave the original case design alone, this would be a good all-round control, but it's not good at the moment. Thank you Revain for refunding my purchase. I bought another type that worked!
