Review on πŸ§ƒ Epica Portable Personal Blender with Travel-Friendly Bottle by Tim Beardsley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best budget smoothie!

I bought this little blender over two years ago and just placed a replacement order because I've been using it every day during quarantine and the underside of the blade cover (plastic base) is starting to fall apart. That being said I paid less than $30 for it so I'm more than happy to buy a new one and I would recommend it to anyone! You can get an amazing blender for $500. If you're looking for a quick and inexpensive alternative, this is a good choice. However, be aware that if you use it every day, you might need to buy a new one, maybe once a year or so. But for the price I'm happy with it. As others have said the blending performance isn't the best and I personally don't think it will handle ice. Frozen fruit is good, but it definitely requires a bit more effort from the blender and I often have to stop and shake multiple times when pureeing frozen fruit. If you plan to only use non-frozen veggies/fruit, you're good to go. I still use frozen fruit every day so it WORKS with frozen stuff, just remember it puts a lot of pressure on the blades and the base will fall apart after a while because it's plastic. All in all definitely recommended if you are looking for an expensive smoothie blender!
