Easy to use for my opinion
Have used the set a few times. The rolling mats are well made and the knife is thin and sharp. It’s easy to clean and stores well. The knife could use a blade protector.
- I thought that it was suppose to come with a guide but I guess not but other than that I love it
- The bamboo mat may start to fray after repeated use
