Revain tried to help me and they contacted Motorola who only offered to restart the phone by using the Removed batteries and did a hard reset by turning off the power. What I've tried with no result. They also informed me that Motorola is not compatible with Roku and should only be used with commercial phone providers. Due to the fact that the Internet provider cannot replace or reduce the cost of phones. There was no statement on this fact. I have 2 phone numbers that require 2 phone systems. My other telephone system is Panasonic, which works perfectly. At first I found Motorola's setup menu difficult to navigate and very confusing compared to Panasonic phones.
