We bought this product as a cheaper alternative to Zero Water pitcher filters. These filters are so slow that we immediately regretted buying them. from three packs! - to the point where we curse it every day and consider asking for a refund. It's so slow that the water sits in the top unfiltered tank for a full 30 minutes, during which time it's essentially unusable because the unfiltered water sloshes out of the spout and makes a mess. It is also designed in such a way that you cannot fill the jug completely, which is also annoying when the whole family works and learns a lot remotely with the jug. Even Zero Water brand filters are pretty slow compared to filters from other brands. However, we decided it was worth a little patience for the extra filtration that the Zero Water Filtration System offers. We *not* recommend!
