Everything was loosely assembled except what I needed to assemble, the upholstery rotted very quickly, the metal that the rear T-brackets were made of bent like wet paper, very soon after I realized the sliding mechanism was starting to fail after not being able to come back (less than a month) and just today the wheelbase broke in half (as shown above). Now please note that I do not have a 30 day return policy, but I did spend $60 at Walmart for a better quality chair that lasted longer than this $100+ chair. My point is don't waste your money or time on this
