Hair came quickly and well packaged. It did have a slight odor so I used a co-wash and let it dry overnight, problem solved. The is very soft and has a nice curl pattern. I got the 12,14,16 pack and the lengths are short so you might need longer bundles then you are used to. My hair technician was impressed with how much hair was in the bundle she only used 1 1/2 for my head. 2 weeks after installation and it still looks great. I revive the curls every morning with water, almond oil and conditioner in a spray bottle I then follow up with a curl enhancing gel. The hair will dry quickly and with frizz if you don’t use these products. I also only finger comb, using a comb caused the ends to frizz for me. Overall I like the hair and several people have asked me where I purchased it, I would recommend.
