Review on Baby Jogger City Infant Granite by Richard Cartner

Lightweight but very annoying top

We wanted a lightweight car seat and it's definitely light (8 pounds I think?) but I can't figure out who invented the snap-on top and figured it was good idea haha! The top has no support, so it has to be attached to the handlebars to keep it upright, making it difficult to hold the car seat in the crook of your arm. Every time you try to move the handle up or down it gets stuck in the dome because it's very weak (I tried to show this in the photos). If there was only one knob on the handle to adjust, this wouldn't be the case. big problem but you have to use both hands to press the buttons to adjust the handle and then you don't have a free hand to run the handle around the light. After spending 10 minutes trying to find a smooth way to raise and lower the handle, I thought it would be too annoying if the baby is actually there and we'll probably just return it in exchange for a heavier car seat.
