I liked the product but the delivery was terrible

This is a great product but for some reason it was shipped without a box or packaging. Someone put a shipping label on the box itself. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present and my daughter found it on our doorstep. Not surprising now. Pity! But the product is great!
