My bunny won't fit in there

No softness in there because we had to wash it (she peed in it). Too small for her. Maybe I got a size too small, but she won't enter it unless we help her, but she will go out immediately afterwards. Instead, I recommend only using cardboard, they like to chew on it too! I wouldn't recommend getting this. Enjoy your rabbit too, I hope they have a happy, healthy life! Please do your own research (101 Rabbits, Regards, Cinnabon, and sometimes Lennon Rabbit are pretty good research channels!)
