I am a gamer. Not a gamer "Sometimes I play for two weeks", a gamer "I grew up with a gamepad in one hand, a gameboy in the other and my phone number ends with 1337". By day I'm a software developer. Needless to say, every appliance that comes into this home is of a high standard. However, I don't understand why there are negative reviews for this product. Any negative feedback is guaranteed to be legitimate user error. I love this thing! I looked at probably 100 different headset stands and decided to give this one a try. NOT disappointed. Everything came together quickly and easily, no need to use double sided tape, no extra tricks, nothing. It's SUPER solid, holds my expensive Steelseeies Arctis Pro oversized headset great and the compartment is big enough to hold a DAC for gaming. I've traveled the country with it, disassembled it, threw it in a box, put it back together and it's great. My cats knocked the damn thing over twice in the 2 weeks I've had it because they TRANSPORTED the cord on my headset, not because the thing was unbalanced ANYWHERE. The flex on the stand is perfect for the strap on my headset so nothing is deformed. If they had headsets like this I would buy a dozen and give them to my team at work as Christmas gifts. I love it!
