So I broke my old chair. Headrest broken. I was missing a chair that didn't have a built in headrest and based on the reviews I decided to try this chair. I broke a basic rule and bought it based on less than 1000 reviews. Pros: The chair was very easy to assemble (but most are). The chair looks very nice. Cons: Build quality is very poor. The material of the chair is cheap vinyl and while the style is great I don't think it will last more than a couple of weeks before it looks like crap with rips, tears and signs of wear. More importantly, this chair is stupidly UNCOMFORTABLE. Years ago I had to sit on a box full of paper for weeks at a client's because they didn't have a table for me, and this solid paper box was more comfortable. After just a few hours in that chair, my lower back was killing me! It was painful. They claim the foam seat is very comfortable, but it's hard and unforgiving. I'm sitting in my broken chair trying to figure out what to do next because this thing is awful.
