If there was a zero star I would put it. Just take a moment and look at the picture. What do you see? This is a blue and gold macaw. These quarters will break into pieces when blue and gold macaws try to stand on them. The sand comes off easily, the washers are too small and look rusty/warning, and they are too small. The Blue and Gold Macaw is a fairly large bird, it needs a fat perch and it needs to be almost a foot long to stand on.
