I was skeptical at first when I found after delivery that this wasn't a normal two step process. I thought about returning this item but decided it was dubious to try. When I squeezed it out to apply to my hair I found the consistency and smell was similar to my all time favorite but had discontinued Nexxus Polymedic Emergency Reconstructor/Emergencee and was put at ease. After applying it and rinsing it off I decided it was definitely a scam and I'm so happy I bought it which motivated me to buy more. I was so willing to cut my hair and start over because of the henna damage. I've tried Olaplex, Kerafix, and many other conditioners and products to stop dryness and hair breakage, but they didn't work. It wasn't until I found it that I began to have hope again. It really saved my hair.
