Decent guide but make sure to do a little research before using. The eyelash lift sticks are very flexible and colored depending on the size and look very pretty even in a case. It's very cute and I love it. The small micro sticks have a unique shape and are ideal for applying perm solutions. I did this on myself, one eye at a time. It didn't give me too much curl, but I only left it on for 5 minutes at a time. I will only test it before using it in the salon.
