These are NOT detachable collars. One of the collars also arrived without a call. The other bell isn't safe either. The bandanas are large enough for a dog but can be folded to make them smaller. My cats wear collars all the time so I was hoping they could wear these collars during the holiday season. This creates a nice picture, but since they don't come off, they're on for the picture and off right after. All in all, what do you expect for $13?
