The strong screw base does not bend like a press fit.

I have tried other types of "jeans buttons" e.g. B. those that need to be tapped with a hammer. But I found that the metal on the "wrong" side of the button is so soft that it bends after a few pulls. Because they have a screw base, the metal is thicker and won't bend. They cost a bit more but work flawlessly which makes them worthy to me.
