It looked exactly how I wanted it to soften my overly hard mattress. It looked so soft in the picture and the description says it's 2 inches thick. worked, I didn't care as it would be closed). The pouch was only 8 or 9 inches in diameter, but I figured it might have been squashed since that's the norm these days. Unfortunately, when I took it out, nothing changed. I had thicker blankets. Not even an inch thick, except maybe in a couple of places. The glass is not swollen from pouring as shown in the photo. And the filling wasn't very evenly distributed. I tried to shake it up and help it loosen up, but even after a few days of this effort there was no difference. I even tried folding it in half to see if that would work - no. Still too flat. So I had to roll it up and repackage it for return. While it took a bit of effort to do, the fact that I was able to slip it back in my pocket pretty easily tells you a lot. So disappointed. I was hoping for pressure point relief without foam and latex.
