I was a bit concerned that this would blend as well as advertised but was really surprised at how easy it was to use. I wanted to smoke meatloaf for dinner and I hate mixing it up because my hands get cold. I wondered if using this Danish whisk would work and save my hands from suffering. It worked so well I was amazed. Perfect for kneading meatloaf. The ingredients blended better than my bare hands ever did, scraping the sides of the bowl and leaving my hands content. Can't wait to try it for dough or anything else that requires mixing ingredients like chocolate chip cookies. It exceeded my expectations and turned out to be more durable and larger than expected. I am very satisfied with this product.
