Used as a reef aquarium valve (on the overflow). Does pretty much what it's supposed to do, but the one I have has a slight leak when adjusting (3-4 drops per turn of the knob) and a constant drip about every 10-15 minutes when not turning. Unfortunately I had trouble inserting it, so changing ^%$% without cutting the active PVC would be a hassle. Just worried that salt water can cause internal corrosion to enter the tank. We turn to finding solutions to repair. We recommend that you test thoroughly before installing rigid piping.
