This is the most indulgent protein drink. Initially I was a little put off by the different taste that differs from the "super sweet milkshake" of whey powder, but now I'm looking forward to drinking this chocolate flavored drink. I've found that mixing it with unflavored egg whites works well, smoothing out the flavor for the better and keeping me full longer. I've read and found that the fat it contains is easier to digest, has goat casein to keep muscles from breaking down, and is high in calcium. The price was a little shocking at first but you get a lot of product and I feel better drinking it so it's more important to save a few bucks or get a superior product that I like and will help. me with my workout?
