This scale replaces another kitchen scale that I generally liked and think it's a good scale. Spring. this one is much prettier. Even though it didn't come with a pack of blueberries, I still have to say: I LOVE IT! It has a small footprint - significantly smaller than its predecessor, but big enough to hold everything I need. thrown at it. It easily handled everything its predecessor could handle, and then some. It is very easy to clean and keep clean. Its predecessor tended to foul between the scale platform and the scale itself. It doesn't have the problem yet. (Did I mention I really like it?!) It's very easy to use - no hidden settings or surprises. The display is clear and easy to read in daylight during the day or under cabinet lighting when daylight is insufficient. When reading the display, glare was not a problem at all. It measures to within 1 gram which is good for what I need. Another nice thing is that it uses regular batteries - AAA, not CR2032 which some scales require. Pretty much everything else seems to use more AAA batteries, so not having to buy dedicated scale batteries is nice. Customer service has been consistently fantastic for everything I have purchased from Greater Goods. They actually tracked my purchase of this scale to make sure I was happy with it and were willing to fix any issues if I wasn't 100% happy. I don't know many other providers who do this. Ouch. and scales are also available at a really cheap price.
