This product does not have an anti-reflective coating, so I bought it. Aside from all the bubbles and dust that's on the screen underneath, I can't tell much, if any, difference with it being on or not. There were no instructions included, but they were part of the description on Amazon. I cleaned and dried my screen thoroughly with the tiny pouches that came with it, but there was only one set so if I need to use a different screen protector in the box. I will have nothing to prepare the screen. The tiny dust removal sticker was a joke. There was nothing to blow bubbles with. It fits my screen perfectly, that's the only plus. Don't waste money on it.
